Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit provider of primary medical, dental and pharmacy services. Providing high quality care at discount fee prices for all low-income and uninsured people. CHC operates two medical clinics, two dental clinics and two pharmacies. There two Everett clinics are located in North Everett and South Everett.

No Insurance?

CHC will help you determine your eligibility for various programs offered by the State and/or the Affordable Care Act. If you do not qualify, we offer discount fees based upon family size and income level. At each CHC clinic, a Patient Eligibility Specialist can assist you with your Discount Fees Application Form - please remember to bring proof of income.

Dental Care

CHC provides ongoing, comprehensive dental care to adults and children who have Washington Apple Health or private dental insurance.  If you are uninsured, we offer urgent dental care with our discount program.  Please call the dental clinic nearest you to schedule an appointment.

Our services include:  check-ups, cleanings, fillings, sealants, extractions, and limited root canals and crowns.
