The following services provide free or low-cost clothing, toiletries, and shoes. Also listed here are options for free shower and laundry assistance (because this type of service has extremely limited options in the Everett area we have included Seattle based resources on this page).

Layette Services provides low-income parents with basic supplies for newborns, as well as referrals to other community resources. To access services, please call (425) 257-2111.
This service offers free clothes for men, women, and children at The Clothes Rack closet. This is located in the church’s administration building. The closet is open from 10 am - 12 pm on the second Tuesday of each month.
This is the Everett Branch of the YWCA clothing bank. The program offers free, business-appropriate attire to homeless or low-income women in need of clothing for interviews or new jobs. By appointment only.
This organization provides vouchers to purchase suitable clothing for job interviews or work. They also provide school clothing for children and teens.
This program is available to any child who qualifies for free/reduced lunch at a Snohomish County school. These students are automatically qualified for Clothes For Kids.
This organization provides clean, gently used maternity, baby, and infant clothing for mothers and families.
This clothing closet is a 2,000 square foot collection of free, well organized, neatly hung clothes for people of all ages and just about every size. It is open the 1st Friday of each month from 10:00am-12:00pm as well as the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:00am-1:00pm.
This organization provides shoes, socks, and emergency assistance to local low-income and homeless children. Any family can be added to the list, and children ages 0-18 can participate.
This is a faith-based service that hosts a shower trailer at 5:30 pm every Wednesday. Toiletries are offered second and fourth Wednesdays. Laundry service via Washed: a mobile laundry for the homeless -Every Wednesday @ 4:30pm Call 425-259-7139 for more information.
Urban Rest Stop are multi-site critical hygiene facilities for homeless individuals and families located in downtown Seattle, the U-District, and Ballard. The rest stops provide free restrooms, showers & laundry facility. Patrons receive free toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors, sheaving cream, shampoo and soap, and may borrow overalls while they wash their clothes. URS is designed to serve a wide range of people including homeless adults, families with children, youth and the elderly.

St. Vincent de Paul may be able to help low-income clients obtain a low cost bed and free kitchen utensils for their new living accommodation (please call for more information).
