This Page provides a listing of resources that are supportive and focused on the Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender* and questioning (GLBTQ) community in the Everett/Seattle area. The GLBTQ community still unfortunately faces tremendous adversity when accessing social services as well as when attempting to locate and use services intended for all members public. The resources on this page are intended to be friendly to or focused on directly serving the GLBTQ community. adult Community support resources 

Gay City’s Wellness Center and the LGBTQ Resource & Referral Program, Gay City Volunteer Crew, and Gay City Arts all provide multiple ways for the community to gather, connect, find voice and serve. 

Ingersoll Gender Center is an organization of, by, and for transgender and gender diverse people that provides mutual support through peer led support groups, advocacy in navigating resources, community organizing, and education — all in the pursuit of collective self-determination.

Entre Hermanos’ (EH) Immigration Program aims to achieve the rights of immigrants through direct legal services. They will engage in advocacy and immigration policy reform through collaboration with other nonprofits, community based organizations, government agencies, and Latin American consulates. Entre Hermanos offers a range of services related to HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support.


The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24. If you are thinking about suicide, you deserve immediate support. Teen and Youth Community support resources

Lambert House is open to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth ages 11-22 for drop-in Monday through Friday from 4-9:30pm

PFLAG Everett is a chapter of PFLAG National serving residents of Snohomish County. They are a support, education, and advocacy group and the extended family of the LGBTQ community (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning/queer). They are made up of LGBTQ individuals, family members, and allies. 


AIDS support resources

Lifelong’s team of skilled staff partner with clients to overcome obstacles like poverty and food insecurity that stand between them and their best possible health. They help and serve individuals in King, Snohomish, Skagit, San Juan, Whatcom, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum and Island counties. 


Reproductive and Sexual Health Services

The Everett Planned Parenthood provides reproductive physical exams; pap smears; anemia testing; breast exams/health care instruction; screening for sexually transmitted infections and referrals for treatment; counseling about family planning, birth control methods, and sexuality; pregnancy testing; low cost birth control supplies; abortion services, and confidential/anonymous HIV testing.

This organization supports women who are not able to access local services. If you are healthy and less than 9 weeks pregnant, you can do the online consultation on the organizations website, linked above. The abortion pills mifepristone and misoprostol will be delivered to you by mail.
