Lifelong AIDS Alliance

Lifelong’s team of skilled staff partner with clients to overcome obstacles like poverty and food insecurity that stand between them and their best possible health. Each person arrives with their own set of strengths and challenges, and needs care that is just as unique. They help and serve individuals in King, Snohomish, Skagit, San Juan, Whatcom, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum and Island counties. 

Recovery Support Services

Our Recovery Support Services team works with clients currently receiving other services at Lifelong, such as housing or case management. Whether you want to discuss how to reduce risks to your health and safety while using drugs or alcohol or are ready to quit using all together, They can offer you guidance and support. Working with recovery support specialist, they can help you develop a plan to achieve your recovery goals.

This support includes:

  • resources for substance abuse support groups
  • one-on-one counseling support sessions
  • goal-setting
  • referrals to substance abuse treatment centers
  • risk assessments
  • outreach and engagement
  • exploring patterns of use in a safe setting
  • assistance accessing community resources

Case Management

If live in Washington State and are HIV Positive: they will work with you to identify barriers and connect you with programs that help make life balanced. Individually tailored plans are designed for newly diagnosed individuals and those who’ve been living with HIV for years. When you meet with your case manager, please be ready to provide: Proof of: Diagnosis, Residence, Insurance (if applicable) and Income. Get started by calling to set-up an appointment at (206) 957-1717

The Lifelong Dental Program (LDP)

Provides comprehensive oral health access for low income individuals living with HIV who reside in King, Island, and Snohomish Counties. You can apply if: You are a resident of King, Island, or Snohomish Counties. Have an income less than 400% of Federal Poverty Level and Are HIV positive.

Individuals whose income is less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Level and who do NOT live in King, Island, or Snohomish County may still qualify for dental services through the Early Intervention Program (EIP). Please check with the Washington State Department of Health for more information. 

housing program

housing program does not operate on a "first come, first serve" basis. Instead, they use a priority based wait list so that people who are most medically vulnerable can access housing quickly. Your safety and well being is top priority and they will do the very best to help find you a stable place to live. Depending on your unique circumstance, we offer three different housing options: Emergency, Transitional and Permanent. Have questions or would like to set-up an appointment?  Call (206) 957-1717

  • You must be homeless or rent burdened (meaning, must be paying 50% of their income towards rent) 
  • Have a HIV diagnosis
  • Living in King, Island or Snohomish County
  • And living at 50% below Average Median Income ($30,000 - $50,000 per year depending on family size)
