North Sound 2-1-1
The North Sound 2-1-1 service provides a one-stop social service entry point, eligibility screening and referral service for a wide range of help from rent assistance, job training, food, shelter, or support groups. Many Everett area services often require that potential service users to first call 2-1-1 and go though a telephone screening process to begin to access service. (That requirement will always be indicated on our service resource description pages in the contact information area).
Anyone who is looking for assistance can call as all of 2‐1‐1 services are free, confidential, 24/7. Currently there is help available in more than 150 languages through our interpreter service. The 2-1-1 assistance line is staffed with trained Volunteers of America Specialist. When clients dial 2‐1‐1, trained Information and Referral Specialists answer questions and connect clients with the resources you need.
